Shuttle bus service will be available for guests staying at the hotels listed in the “Book Accommodation” section. Our volunteers will be awaiting you at the information desk of Visit Almaty. The shuttle bus' schedule will be shared at a later date.

All the necessary information will be available at the Almaty Visit desk upon your arrival at the Almaty International Airport.

If you prefer not to wait, you can arrange a private transfer in advance. Please note that the shuttle service is complimentary for our guests, while private transfers require prior reservation and payment. Payment for the transfer is made by the guests themselves.
